Client Reminders
>> If you want to use my personal commissions for business purposes, ask me first.
Commercial use will cost differently, so please let me know if that's the plan.>> Please don't change or claim the artwork as your own, except for basic
adjustments like changing colors or sizes.>> For clients interested in NSFW commissions, age verification is mandatory before further
discussions, accompanied by proof of age.
Requests of an R18+ nature from minors will not be entertained.>> If you're using my art on Twitch or social media, please give me credit in the description
or bio especially if no watermark is requested or implemented.>> Any reproduction or redistribution, especially for NFTs or cryptocurrency-related purposes,
is strictly prohibited. Similarly, employing my art for AI network training is prohibited.
If you encounter instances of unauthorized usage, please promptly
inform me for necessary legal action.

> Maintain the rights to post my work in any form.
> Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request.
> Maintain the right to turn down any commission.
You, as the Client...
> May NOT reprint your commission for a profit.
> May NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless it was a commercial commission.
> MAY print your commission for personal use.

>> Please refrain from rushing! Typically, my illustrations take 2-3 weeks (occasionally up to a month), depending on circumstances in my personal life or the complexity of the piece. If there are any delays, I'll make sure to keep you posted on my social media channels. Your patience is greatly valued! If you have a specific deadline in mind, please let me know so I can prioritize accordingly, if possible!
>> I'll send you progress photos after each step (sketch, line art, coloring, details) for your feedback. Revisions are totally free until you've paid. After you've got the final piece, though, major changes might come with a fee.

>> In some cases, prices might be higher depending on the complexity of the character or the background. We can discuss the final pricing before the commission, if needed. (see typical price addons/changes on commission sheet)
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
>> Payments will be split into two installments: the first after you've approved the completed sketch, and the second upon finalization of the piece. Please hold off on payment until I give the go-ahead!>> If a commission is cancelled after the line art has been completed, there may be a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the commission price. This fee depends on how far along I am in the process and the time invested.>> Please avoid sending payments through platforms like my Ko-fi. Instead, use the provided PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App links.
>> No refunds will be issued once the full piece has been delivered.
